About the role
You will review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project. You will discuss and establish work plan outlines with staff; assign duties, scope of authority and provide technical advice and troubleshooting to ensure clarity of execution. You will direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budgeted scope while monitoring progress and making adjustments where needed based on status reports. You will maintain strict attention to detail when reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints to prevent errors. You will leverage proficiency in Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, and Excel while preferring experience with construction software such as Procore to manage workflows. You will utilize your valid driver's license and good driving record for necessary business travel in the Atlanta area. You will engage in other duties as assigned to support team objectives and company goals in a fast paced environment.

- Leverage experience with construction software such as Procore when applicable to streamline processes and documentation.
- Maintain a valid Driver's License and demonstrate a good driving record to support role requirements.
- Communicate effectively with cross functional teams to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
- Support procurement activities by assessing material needs and ensuring timely availability of resources.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate risks and avoid delays.
- Collaborate with estimators and field staff to validate project assumptions and constraints.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet evolving business needs and project demands.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Must be proficient with Windows based programs, ERP/CRM systems, and possess a good understanding and use of Excel.
- Highly prefer experience with construction software such as Procore.
- Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must comply with company policies and procedures related to safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Must successfully complete employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) prior to hire.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be available for scheduled work hours and locations as defined by the business needs.
