The role shapes how Dexmate appears and engages across social platforms and technical communities. It translates the company's Physical AI OS story into accessible content for developers, engineers, and enterprise buyers. You will define the voice and presence of Dexmate in digital spaces, ensuring that every post reinforces the brand promise. The position requires you to act as a bridge between complex product capabilities and the everyday realities of builders and technical decision-makers. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of social and community initiatives from ideation to measurement. This role demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move quickly while maintaining strategic alignment. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that community insights inform product narratives and marketing actions. Ultimately, you are responsible for making Dexmate a recognized and trusted name in the developer and enterprise ecosystem.

What you'll do
Manage and evolve the social media presence of Dexmate across key channels to reflect a unified and compelling brand image.
Plan and execute a content calendar that aligns social activity with overarching marketing priorities and product milestones.
Publish and optimize posts to increase awareness, engagement, and traffic in support of Dexmate's mission and growth goals.
Translate complex technical narratives into platform-native formats that resonate with specific social audiences.
Monitor and facilitate online discussions to maintain a healthy, active, and constructive community environment.
Identify, cultivate, and maintain early adopters, advocates, and partners to strengthen the broader ecosystem.
Design and execute activities, events, and initiatives that drive engagement, retention, and community growth.
Track key social metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, traffic sources, and conversion performance.
Analyze performance data to continuously refine and optimize the content and social strategy.
Coordinate closely with Product Marketing and Leadership to ensure messaging consistency and strategic coherence.
Leverage social tools and scheduling platforms to manage campaigns efficiently and maintain quality standards.
Develop content that explains intricate product details in clear, accessible, and engaging ways.
Run paid social campaigns to broaden reach and generate high-quality leads for the business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social efforts into larger marketing and product launches.
Continuously test, learn, and iterate on social and community tactics to improve results over time.
Requirements
Candidates must bring 3-6+ years of experience in social media, community, or content marketing, with a preference for B2B or tech environments.
Demonstrated understanding of X, LinkedIn, Discord, and other relevant platforms for reaching B2B audiences.
Proven ability to translate complex technical topics into engaging and accessible content without losing essential detail.
Experience in setting up and managing paid social campaigns to broaden reach and generate high-quality leads.
Excellent writing and communication skills consistently applied across diverse audiences and formats.
Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and social tools effectively and reliably.
A self-starting mindset with proactive attention to detail that guides day-to-day execution and long-term planning.
A degree is required as part of the formal qualifications for this position.
Minimum of 6+ years of cumulative experience in related marketing, community, or social roles.
Comfort working within frameworks that connect community building, product marketing, and brand storytelling.
Nice to have
Experience in robotics, AI, hardware, or developer-focused products is an advantage in understanding the context of the audience.
Familiarity with technical communities or developer ecosystems supports more effective outreach and engagement.
Hands-on experience with video content creation and editing enhances campaign execution and versatility.
Understanding of enterprise audiences and long sales cycles to better inform messaging, timing, and content sequencing.
Practical notes
Work is conducted primarily from the Fremont Office with possible expectations for occasional onsite presence.
Travel may be required to engage with community and partners as part of the role responsibilities.
Typical interview steps include a portfolio review, a campaign exercise, and analytics questions. Candidates may be asked to plan a launch, write a brief, or improve a funnel, with some loops including a presentation. Results from past campaigns carry the most weight in the evaluation process. Preparing a short case of one campaign with its results is strong preparation for interviewers who ask about specific campaigns and the numbers behind them.
