Requirements

6+ years of experience in a similar role is brought with an impressive portfolio demonstrating sophisticated digital design within a fast-paced agency environment. Constructive feedback is given and mentoring support is provided to help colleagues grow. Scalable Design Systems are expertly built and maintained to bridge aesthetics and functionality. WCAG standards are treated as fundamental principles, integrating inclusive usability with visual appeal seamlessly. Collaboration in cross-functional teams thrives through working with UX, Copy, and Engineering disciplines. Figma is mastered, with motion design and prototyping tools such as Framer or Jitter adding value. Digital trends, AI, and design innovations are tracked and incorporated where relevant. Complex design ideas are communicated fluently in English to clients and engineers. Prior Brand Design experience is a strong advantage for cohesive identity-to-interface work. AI-driven design tools are actively explored to boost team productivity and accelerate prototyping while maintaining a focus on craft. Client workshops are led, and design rationale is presented to senior stakeholders to build trusted partnerships.
