This role sits in our Creation & Marketing service based in Skopje. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands' business problems and drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions. Our clients include eBay, Zalando, Merck, Palfinger or Brother.

What you'll do

As a Mid-level Motion Designer & Editor, you will turn ideas into engaging visual stories through motion, editing, and animation. You are passionate about timing, pacing, composition, and craft, and you know how to create work that captures attention and communicates clearly. From developing motion systems to refining edits and polishing the final output, you are involved at every stage of the process, from early thinking to final execution. You will shape the visual and motion direction of projects from concept to delivery, editing short-form and long-form high-quality videos across social media campaigns and formats. You will create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and visual effects, and turn static design assets into dynamic animations. You will ensure videos match each client's brand guidelines and visual identity, adding music, sound effects, subtitles, and color correction to improve engagement. You will optimize edits for platform-specific best practices and trends, define look and feel, styleframes, and motion language for projects, and stay curious about new tools, references, and techniques across motion and visual design.

Requirements

You bring strong visual judgement and confidence, contributing to concepts and creative direction. You have experience as a motion designer with an art direction mindset and proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere. You possess solid motion design skills with a good sense of timing, framing, and storytelling, and experience creating styleframes, visual systems, and narrative-driven motion. You focus on improving pacing and editing to maximize viewer retention, maintain curiosity around AI tools and interest in learning how they can support creative work, and keep up with social media trends while incorporating relevant editing techniques. You present a strong portfolio or showreel that shows concept, craft, and high-quality motion work, and you are located and directly available to start working from our Skopje, Zagreb or Split offices. You have full working proficiency in the English language.
