What you'll do

• Prepare and submit Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, and Withholding Tax returns across various jurisdictions to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Manage all communications and inquiries from tax authorities, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Calculate tax provisions and deferred tax liabilities, while also preparing year-end financial disclosures to reflect the company's tax position accurately.
• Oversee tax audits by organizing necessary documentation and liaising with tax authorities to facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and assess their implications on business operations and new product offerings.
• Design and implement automated solutions to enhance global compliance workflows, streamlining processes for efficiency.
• Provide support to subsidiaries in meeting local transfer pricing requirements, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for tax reporting purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports and analyses for internal stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge of tax regulations and compliance practices.
• Contribute to the development of tax strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the tax department to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar tax-related role, demonstrating a solid understanding of tax principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, or familiarity with G-Suite tools for effective data management.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tax-related tasks.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating problem-solving skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tax regulations and compliance requirements.

• Fluency in additional languages, which can enhance communication with diverse teams and clients.
