What you'll do

• Lead the comprehensive process for initiating new locations and managing the relocation of existing ones, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Conduct thorough analyses of performance data to pinpoint areas for improvement, driving operational excellence across the board.
• Develop and implement global expansion guidelines while executing strategic projects tailored to diverse regional needs.
• Supervise expansion initiatives to guarantee compliance with high operational standards and adherence to capital expenditure (capex) budgets.
• Manage the entire capex process, including requests, approvals, and detailed reporting to stakeholders.
• Create and enhance tracking systems for monitoring company assets and licenses, ensuring optimal utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform decision-making processes and improve overall performance.
• Engage with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas and solutions within the team.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field focused on operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in dynamic environments such as retail, logistics, or operations.
• Advanced skills in Excel, enabling sophisticated data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in English, with full professional fluency required for effective communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to support operational initiatives across regions.
• A data-driven approach, capable of balancing quantitative metrics with sound business judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, multi-faceted problems with innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for managing relationships with various stakeholders.

• Familiarity with SQL or Python, enhancing your ability to manipulate and analyze data.
