About the role
You will oversee marketing strategies for top-tier restaurant and cafe partners to drive business growth within the PedidosYa ecosystem in Argentina. This role owns the end-to-end management of promotional budgets and close collaboration with commercial teams to design and execute campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying and capturing new growth opportunities specifically for our most strategic accounts. A key part of this position involves tracking campaign success using core business metrics such as order volume and user activity. You will create executive reports and result presentations tailored for strategic brands operating in highly competitive markets. The position requires a data-driven mindset to translate metrics into actionable business decisions that improve financial performance. You will also oversee and refine investment budgets, analyzing variances to inform future planning. This role is critical for ensuring the PedidosYa ecosystem delivers maximum value to both partners and the business.

What you'll do
- Direct marketing strategy for major accounts to identify and capture new growth opportunities within the PedidosYA ecosystem.
- Partner with commercial departments to design, implement, and manage growth plans that are tightly aligned with overarching promotional goals and budget constraints.
- Oversee and refine investment budgets for key accounts, rigorously tracking variances to improve future financial performance and profitability.
- Track campaign success using a comprehensive set of business metrics including order volume, user activity, frequency, and return on investment to measure true impact.
- Create sophisticated executive reports and result presentations that are tailored for strategic brands operating in highly competitive markets.
- Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights that drive decision making and optimize marketing spend for key clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and marketing execution.
- Proactively identify market trends and competitive activities that could impact key accounts and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines and deliverables.
- Act as the primary analytical partner for commercial teams, providing deep dives into performance data and recommending optimization strategies.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are measured against predefined KPIs to validate success and inform future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and product to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and budget utilization.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and playbooks for managing key accounts across the PedidosYa platform.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Marketing, Communication, CRM, or closely related fields with demonstrable results.
- Proven strong ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including commercial and operational functions.
- Highly organized with a decisive approach to working efficiently in fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environments.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex metrics and analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in managing promotional budgets and tracking financial performance against set targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret business metrics such as order volume, user activity, and frequency.
- Ability to create clear and concise executive-level presentations that communicate results and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Commitment to understanding the local market dynamics of the Argentine business environment and consumer behavior.
- Willingness to embrace the fast-paced nature of the delivery and food technology sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish, with proficiency in English being a significant advantage.
