What you'll do
- Conduct deep dives into range performance to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and assortment refinement.
- Design and deploy automated reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve decision speed.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Bring 1 to 2 years of professional experience in commercial strategy, data analytics, or project management.
- Focus your background on sectors such as retail, e-commerce, or food delivery.
- Demonstrate proven ability to manage programs from start to finish with an emphasis on process automation.
- Show fluency in English in both written and verbal communication.
- Exhibit professional proficiency in Italian to engage effectively with local teams.
- Display capacity to communicate data-driven insights to global stakeholders.
- Understand the fundamentals of pricing, promotions, and margin management.
- Exhibit strong problem solving skills and comfort working with ambiguous problems.
