Principal UX Designer
Job description
About the role
You will lead design projects from concept to delivery, owning end-to-end design for a significant product area within our identity security platform. You will set a bar for craft and collaboration that other designers and writers seek out and learn from, guiding the design practice through complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with product, engineering, and design leadership to ensure ambitious designs are not only visionary but also feasible and executed accurately across the product portfolio. You will mentor junior designers, providing thoughtful feedback on craft, process, and design best practices that raise the standard across the team. You will bring emerging design trends and practices into Delinea's product design, evaluating what is worth adopting versus what is just noise in a crowded market. You will contribute to and help evolve the Delinea Design System, championing consistent, scalable design patterns across all products and user journeys. You will navigate ambiguous problems and undefined requirements, translating unclear business goals into clear, actionable design directions that stakeholders can rally behind.
