About the role
Delinea is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our product team and lead the development of our SaaS-first identity security solutions, with a primary focus on endpoint privilege management (EPM) products. This is a highly strategic role responsible for defining the product vision, owning the cloud product roadmap, and ensuring the delivery of customer-centric features that reinforce our leadership position in privileged access management (PAM). As part of a globally distributed team, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, UX, and Technical Writing to bring innovative, scalable, and secure cloud features to market. You will also engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable requirements that shape the future of our cloud-native platform. This position is open to candidates based in the United States, and Delinea offers a flexible remote work environment supported by strong regional teams.

What you'll do
- Develop and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for key Delinea PAM solutions, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market opportunities.
- Translate the strategic vision into a prioritized product roadmap and backlog, making informed trade-off decisions with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value.
- Build a strong point of view on the market by engaging directly with customers, partners, industry analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and refine the product direction.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality releases and features.
- Shape the go-to-market strategy by partnering with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing decisions.
- Enable internal technical teams by providing the necessary context, training, and support to facilitate successful product launches and ensure customer success.
- Balance the needs of current customers with the opportunity to expand into new market segments and use cases, building compelling business cases for strategic investments.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop scalable, secure, and innovative cloud features that meet customer needs and industry standards.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track progress against these metrics to inform ongoing development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus within the team, encouraging continuous improvement.
- Act as a voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and pain points are central to product development.
- Work with stakeholders across the company to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Represent the product in executive meetings, investor updates, and industry events as needed.
- Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and product quality, including process improvements and best practices.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to identity security and cloud solutions.
- Support the sales and support teams with technical expertise and product knowledge to enable effective customer engagement.
- Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the product portfolio, identifying new opportunities and areas for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record in SaaS or cloud-native security solutions.
- Deep understanding of identity security, privileged access management, or related cybersecurity fields.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, translating strategic goals into actionable plans, and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and product development lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience engaging with customers and partners to gather feedback, validate ideas, and refine product features.
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
- Knowledge of security best practices, compliance considerations, and industry standards.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus around product initiatives.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
