About the role
This role guides the product strategy for Secret Server within the Platform team. Success requires close collaboration across planning, development, and release cycles.
Product managers decide what a team builds and why. They gather customer feedback, define requirements, and set priorities. Product work spans engineering, design, and business teams and ships products that solve real problems. The role combines research, writing, analysis, and decision making under uncertainty. Product work happens at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Most product managers own a roadmap and are judged by the outcomes their teams ship.

What you'll do
The on-prem customer upgrade journey for the Delinea Platform is supported by developing tooling that addresses their needs and facilitates migration.
Cross-functional alignment is achieved by contributing to product strategy with leadership to synchronize roadmaps across related product areas.
Go-to-market plans for new releases are shaped in partnership with product marketing around value propositions and positioning.
Requirements
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar is preferred, and a Master's degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience using Agile methodologies in a Product Management/Owner role with customers of all sizes is required, and start-up experience as a founder is also a plus.
Understanding of IT Systems (on-prem and cloud), cybersecurity concepts, and Identity and Access Management concepts is required.
Experience building SaaS software and delivering SaaS solutions is required.
Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills are required, along with a curious attitude and a desire to collaborate with engineers, designers, and other Product Managers.
Practical notes
This is a remote role requiring up to 25% travel.

Some loops include a case exercise. Strong candidates show structured thinking and customer empathy. Interviewers want to see how you prioritize when everything matters.
