About the role
This position focuses on defining and driving the strategy for the core services that underpin the Delinea Platform. You will be responsible for the shared services portfolio, encompassing policy management, workflow automation, and communication features that are integral to all Delinea products and used by every customer.

What you'll do
Develop and articulate a clear strategy for platform shared services, including policy, workflow, inbox, and notifications, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Engage with customers and internal teams to gather user needs and confirm requirements for policy creation, approval processes, and notification systems.
Work closely with other product teams to understand their needs and roadmaps, designing shared services that are easy to integrate and build upon.
Drive the creation of a flexible policy framework for consistent and auditable policy definition and enforcement across the platform.
Manage the roadmap for workflow and approval services, enabling complex approval chains, delegation, escalation, and audit capabilities.
Define and enhance platform inbox and notification services for timely, actionable, and controlled communications across various channels.
Promote API-first and self-service design principles, establishing metrics to track adoption.
Stay informed about industry advancements in areas like policy-as-code and event-driven architectures to guide product development.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and architecture teams to define, prioritize, and deliver new features.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Possess at least 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on platform services or foundational capabilities.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of platform product management, including multi-tenancy and API-first approaches.
Have experience with policy engines, policy-as-code, or workflow orchestration systems.
Understand security, compliance, and audit needs for enterprise workflows and approvals, such as separation of duties and audit trails.
Show a history of successfully launching platform capabilities and driving their adoption.
Have working knowledge of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices-based architectures.
Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills, along with a collaborative and inquisitive mindset.
Nice to have
Experience in identity security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or cybersecurity.
Possess Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications.
