What you'll do

• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure effective cash management and liquidity optimization.
• Monitor and analyze cash flow forecasts, ensuring that the company has adequate liquidity to meet its operational and strategic needs.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure financing options that align with the company's objectives.
• Oversee the execution of financial transactions, including loans, investments, and hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and treasury-related metrics.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets and financial plans that support the overall business strategy.
• Conduct regular assessments of financial risks and develop strategies to minimize exposure to market fluctuations.
• Lead negotiations for financing agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with Bamboohr's financial goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management or financial analysis, preferably within the data center or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and risk management strategies.
• Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and develop actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
