What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accounts to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Bamboohr.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth transitions from sales to implementation, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and advocate for product enhancements that align with client needs.
• Monitor account health metrics and proactively address potential risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement customer success plans tailored to each strategic account, outlining goals, milestones, and success criteria.
• Provide training and support to clients on the effective use of Bamboohr's products and services, ensuring they derive maximum value.
• Identify and share best practices and success stories from strategic accounts to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Bamboohr and engage with potential clients and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create customer success content that highlights the achievements of strategic accounts.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform future product development and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
• Familiarity with customer success metrics and methodologies, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer success tools, with a strong aptitude for data analysis.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian or other languages is a plus.
