What you'll do

• Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and actionable insights.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and ensure timely submission to regulatory bodies.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and support business operations, including monitoring receivables and payables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive strategic initiatives and support business objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and facilitate smooth audit processes.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform financial strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute financial expertise to support business expansion and investment decisions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure the finance function remains compliant and competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards, with a proven track record of compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring finance professionals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Greek and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

• Experience in the technology or data center industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and local tax regulations.
