What you'll do

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various roles within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the needs of the team.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the company.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to the offer stage, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Bamboohr as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to engage with potential candidates and promote the Bamboohr brand.
• Provide support and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques and best practices to ensure consistency and fairness in the selection process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in France and the broader European context.

• Experience in employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly French, is a plus.
