What you'll do

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in practice.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both Italian and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience in the technology or data center industry is an advantage.
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) would be beneficial.
