What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and enhance employee engagement.
• Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related role, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in practice.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• Experience in change management and organizational development initiatives.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or data center industry is an advantage.
• Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) would be beneficial.
