Requirements

• Proven experience in a design leadership role, with a minimum of 5 years in design management or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing and mentoring design teams, with a focus on professional development and team dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

• Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products is a plus.
