You are a visionary creative leader architecting high-velocity ad concepts for digital paid media ecosystems on Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels. You own the end-to-end creative strategy process, translating raw market data and pixel-level insights into bold, conversion-driving narratives that define brand presence. You thrive at the sharp intersection of artistic intuition and performance rigor, ensuring every visual decision serves a measurable business outcome. In this role, you are the primary architect of ad hooks, bodies, and world-building assets that de-risk client growth initiatives. You will act as a strategic partner to our Performance Creative and Organic Social service lines, directly influencing how AI and human creativity converge to scale campaigns. You own the narrative thread that connects diverse formats into a cohesive brand story that resonates at scale. Your expertise will guide the evolution of our creative testing frameworks, ensuring continuous improvement and sustained client success. - Conduct deep forensic analysis of ad performance data, translating complex metrics like thumb-stop rate, hold rate, and clickthrough rate into actionable creative directives that optimize funnel progression.
- Architect and own end-to-end creative strategy for full-funnel paid media programs, specializing in high-tempo environments across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, and Display Platforms.
- Lead the conception, iteration, and delivery of high-volume ad concepts, producing upwards of 50+ new assets per month to fuel aggressive scaling initiatives.
- Serve as the short-form video specialist, developing expert concepts, directions, and detailed briefs that leverage motion, audio, and visual storytelling to sell products and services with precision.
- Drive organic social expansion by owning content pillars, creative direction, and performance measurement for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Utilize proprietary AI tools and human creativity in tandem to diversify the creative portfolio, integrating statics, motion graphics, video, UGC, and emerging AI formats to maximize reach.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Designers and Editors, translating strategic briefs into clear technical and aesthetic specifications that ensure on-brand, high-quality output.
- Establish and refine data-backed testing frameworks, enabling rapid experimentation and continuous optimization of creative assets to improve margins and client ROI.
- Act as the central creative resource for the Performance Creative team and Paid Media group, ensuring all deliverables align with overarching client growth objectives and marketplace dynamics.
- Mentor and elevate the work of Designers and Editors, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovative problem-solving within the creative department.
- Partner with the Social Commerce team to ideate and refine UGC-driven creative, amplifying authentic content that fuels scalable acquisition and retention.
- Maintain strict adherence to EST timezone operational windows, ensuring all business communication and deliverables are executed in English and synchronized with global client needs.
You must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Design, Video Editing, Performance Marketing, or a closely related discipline that provides a foundational understanding of visual communication and media strategy. You bring a minimum of five years of professional experience in creative roles, with a proven track record of developing high-impact advertising concepts for digital platforms. You have a documented history of at least three years working specifically within Meta and TikTok advertising environments, demonstrating fluency in platform-specific creative constraints and audience behaviors. You exhibit a obsessive comfort with data, routinely using metrics such as thumb-stop rate, hold rate, and clickthrough rate to inform and iterate upon creative decisions. You have hands-on experience with video editing tools and motion graphics software, enabling you to provide expert-level tactical feedback on video assets and storyboards. You are proficient in managing high-volume workflows, having successfully produced and managed the delivery of 50 or more creative assets within a single month during peak campaign cycles. You communicate with precision and clarity, articulating complex creative concepts and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a professional setting. You are a self-directed collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, balancing independent execution with proactive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Experience leading creative for e-commerce, DTC ecosystems, and social commerce platforms, with a deep understanding of marketplace-specific creative nuances. Familiarity with Darkroom's AI commerce layer and Shadow infrastructure, and a demonstrated ability to leverage proprietary technology to enhance creative output. A portfolio that showcases diverse ad formats, including statics, motion graphics, short-form video, and UGC-driven campaigns that have moved measurable revenue.
This is a fully remote role operating in the EST Time Zone and all business is conducted 100% in English.
