This role focuses on developing our trainers, refining processes, and ensuring a great customer start. The Training Lead will act as the central pillar for the growth and cohesion of our training organization, driving the evolution of our onboarding methodologies. They will own the lifecycle of our training programs from conception to retirement, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful. This position requires a leader who is passionate about excellence and dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between operational needs and strategic training initiatives. They will translate high-level business goals into actionable training outcomes that empower our specialists.

What you'll do
- Analyze current onboarding workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for standardization.
- Design and deliver advanced training curricula that elevate the capabilities of our specialist team.
- Develop and implement robust performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Facilitate collaborative sessions to gather input from trainers and incorporate their feedback into program improvements.
- Optimize the utilization of Salesforce and SFDC Scheduler to track learner progress and manage training resources.
- Leverage Zendesk and Portal data to identify recurring customer issues and adjust training content accordingly.
- Create clear and concise standard operating procedures that document best practices for all trainers to follow.
- Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related obstacles impacting the onboarding journey.
- Monitor key performance indicators to assess team development and the success of new customer integrations.
- Coordinate schedules for the training team to ensure optimal coverage and support for operational needs.
- Lead quality assurance assessments to ensure consistency and high standards across all training activities.
- Serve as a senior resource for complex onboarding scenarios, guiding the resolution of critical customer challenges.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging trainers to propose new ideas and methodologies for professional development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align training strategies with broader company objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fast-paced settings like startups, consulting, or technology.
- At least 2 years of direct management experience, leading small teams in a dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams to achieve measurable performance gains.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and high-volume work environments resourcefully.
- A curious and analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive improvements.
- A commitment to adhering to company policies and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
