Training Enablement Manager

This role focuses on enhancing our training programs by synthesizing existing materials into clear, actionable content for our training teams. You will drive strategic priorities, refine operational processes, and develop plans for new initiatives to ensure high-quality onboarding and enablement.

What you'll do

• Independently manage several project timelines simultaneously, balancing strategic goals with daily execution.
• Create and maintain enablement systems, content libraries, and performance tracking to ensure consistency among trainers and measure adoption.
• Take ownership of the onboarding process for new trainers, aiming to shorten their ramp-up time and ensure readiness across different regions.
• Communicate product changes in a way that encourages customer adoption and initial engagement.
• Structure learning materials for updates to tools and internal procedures to facilitate smooth workflow adoption.
• Apply best practices in enablement to ensure a positive trainer experience and achieve strong operational results.
• Develop scalable coaching and development programs to empower frontline leaders in coaching, certifying, and developing trainers throughout their careers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proven ability to set and execute enablement priorities in collaboration with senior management.
• Demonstrated success in analyzing complex, cross-functional information, designing efficient workflows, and developing structured strategies.
• A proactive and independent work style, capable of driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
• Experience influencing diverse, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed stakeholder groups to secure necessary resources.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational infrastructure and supporting scaling teams.
• Prior experience managing a learning management system, company intranet, or resource library.
• Background in the dental industry.
• Experience enabling teams in both US and international markets, with an understanding of adapting programs for different regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Familiarity and enthusiasm for using AI technologies to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and accelerate content creation.
