What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for our main HR system, offering assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that the People Operations team receives timely and effective support.
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests for People Systems assistance via Jira, ensuring that stakeholders are kept updated on the status and resolution of their inquiries.
• Design, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards within the HR system to deliver valuable insights to HR, Finance, and business leaders.
• Configure and oversee various modules of the HR system, including essential employee data, time tracking, leave accruals, and scheduling functionalities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, configuration changes, and reporting standards to foster an organized and scalable operational environment.
• Collaborate with the broader People Operations team to identify and resolve the underlying causes of recurring system challenges.
• Conduct regular audits of data accuracy and system performance, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Participate in training sessions for team members on the effective use of HR systems and tools, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Analyze user feedback to identify areas for system enhancement and propose actionable solutions to improve user experience.
• Support the implementation of new features and updates to the HR system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
• Engage in cross-departmental projects that require HR data analysis and reporting, contributing to the overall success of organizational initiatives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, showcasing strong capabilities in report generation (using Cognos or UKG Reporting) and system configuration.
• Proven experience in managing requests through a ticketing system, such as Jira, with a focus on maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional service, characterized by responsiveness, clarity, and patience when assisting internal users.
• Attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to uphold data integrity; familiarity with SOX audit controls is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while adhering to daily operational standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cognos for advanced reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools to enhance reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations.
