What you'll do

• Lead the product development lifecycle for security engineering projects, from ideation through to launch and post-launch evaluation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on security engineering or related domains.
• Proven track record of successfully launching security products or features in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and technologies, including threat modeling and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile development environment, with familiarity in methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as an MBA or a Master's in Cybersecurity.
• Certifications related to product management or security, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Skills & tools
