What you'll do

Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective team communication and collaboration.
Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals and customer needs.
Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Facilitate the removal of impediments that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans, to ensure transparency and accountability.
Engage with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction, making adjustments to project plans based on their input and requirements.
Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage backlogs, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate with other departments, such as QA and DevOps, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and open communication among team members.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance team performance and project delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Agile Program Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the software development industry.
Strong knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, including DevOps practices, is a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Nice to have

Knowledge of additional Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Lean.
Experience in managing remote teams and working in a distributed environment.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.
Previous experience in a client-facing role, particularly in understanding and addressing client needs.
Understanding of data analytics and metrics to drive project performance improvements.
