About the role
Cursor seeks a Senior Campaigns Manager to join our integrated campaigns team. This role focuses on developing and executing high-priority campaigns that translate company goals into actionable programs for enterprise audiences. You will shape our market narrative, drive demand, and support customer growth. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-channel campaigns, ensuring strategy and execution are tightly aligned with business priorities. You will translate ambitious company objectives into specific, measurable programs that engage enterprise stakeholders and move the business forward. The role requires a strategic mindset paired with the ability to manage detailed planning and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for creating narratives that resonate across diverse markets and buyer types while maintaining a consistent, cohesive message.

What you'll do
- Translate high-level company goals into integrated campaign programs that drive measurable demand and pipeline for enterprise accounts.
- Build and execute 1:few ABM motions and ABM-at-scale programs, collaborating closely with sales and field teams to maximize impact.
- Develop end-to-end campaign strategies that connect content, email, digital channels, field activities, and sales motions into a unified approach.
- Translate abstract campaign ideas into concrete operational plans, covering audience strategy, narrative development, asset development, launch planning, field enablement, lead follow-up, and performance reporting.
- Structure complex and ambiguous marketing problems, analyze underlying dynamics, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including writing briefs, shaping content, setting direction, and ensuring on-time delivery against commitments.
- Ensure campaign cohesion across content, creative assets, distribution channels, and follow-up processes to reinforce message clarity and impact.
- Adapt global campaign strategies for regional execution across EMEA, preserving the core narrative while adjusting for local market nuances and preferences.
- Design campaigns that resonate with senior technical and business buyers, including CTOs, CIOs, and senior engineering leaders, using deep empathy for their priorities.
- Manage lead-routing and hand-off workflows, collaborating with SDR teams to diagnose funnel health and implement quick adjustments that improve conversion.
- Own pipeline outcomes for assigned campaigns, using pipeline, engagement, and revenue signals to continuously optimize performance and ROI.
- Run ABM and strategic-account programs that support multithreading, expansion opportunities, and accelerated deal progression.
- Leverage understanding of the AI market and technical buyer personas to design activation plans that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional partners to align campaign timing, messaging, and assets with product launches and sales priorities.
- Establish measurement frameworks and reporting cadences that provide insight into campaign performance and inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience managing integrated campaign strategy and execution within a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Demonstrate proven ability to build integrated B2B campaigns that span multiple channels, aligning content, email, digital, field efforts, and sales motions.
- Show experience in translating campaign concepts into operational plans that cover audience definition, narrative development, asset creation, launch execution, field enablement, lead follow-up, and performance reporting.
- Exhibit strong skill in structuring complex, ambiguous problems and delivering clear, concise recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Display comfort with both strategic planning and hands-on execution, including setting direction, drafting briefs, shaping content, and overseeing delivery.
- Possess a sharp understanding of what makes a campaign cohesive across content, creative, distribution, and follow-up processes.
- Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in global strategy and regional execution roles, adapting campaigns for different markets while preserving the core narrative.
- Show instinct for building enterprise campaigns that connect with senior technical and business decision-makers in complex selling environments.
- Have direct experience with lead-routing and hand-off processes, including diagnosing funnel health and working alongside SDR teams to make rapid improvements.
- Bring a track record of owning pipeline goals and using pipeline, engagement, and revenue signals to refine and optimize campaign performance.
- Show history of developing campaigns for enterprise audiences, including technical decision-makers, executives, and complex buying committees.
- Bring experience running ABM or strategic-account programs that support multithreading, expansion initiatives, and deal acceleration.
- Demonstrate sharp awareness of the AI market landscape and technical buyer personas such as CTOs, CIOs, and senior engineering leaders.
