This role owns the end to end sales cycle for enterprise customers in the aerospace and aviation sectors, acting as the primary strategic advisor to the largest programs. You will discover and frame complex operational problems, then position Curri as the platform that brings clarity, efficiency, and resilience to their most critical workflows. The focus is on securing large, multi year agreements that expand footprint across the customer's portfolio and remain foundational for years. You will translate deep customer requirements into clear value propositions that resonate with executive stakeholders at every level. Success is defined by your ability to build trust, navigate complex procurement, and drive measurable business outcomes for the customer. You will own the quota, manage the full pipeline, and ensure that every deal progresses with disciplined execution and rigorous validation. This is a leadership position that sets the standard for consultative selling in highly regulated environments.

What you'll do
Translate enterprise customer operational requirements into a compelling business case that demonstrates clear return on investment for Curri.
Lead the discovery and qualification process for large national programs, identifying economic buyers, technical champions, and strategic sponsors.
Design and execute account plans that map stakeholder influence, decision criteria, and procurement timelines for complex aerospace programs.
Own the end to end negotiation and contracting process, ensuring terms align with company objectives while addressing sophisticated customer needs.
Partner with engineering and operations to configure solutions, define service level expectations, and validate that implementation plans are feasible.
Champion Curri's value in high visibility industry forums, trade shows, and executive briefings to strengthen brand presence and generate demand.
Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted content, proof points, and case studies that speak directly to aerospace and aviation supply chain challenges.
Build and maintain a robust, insight driven pipeline that balances quantity, quality, and probability to reliably forecast closed business.
Work closely with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and expansion opportunities that reinforce long term retention.
Analyze competitive landscape dynamics and customer buying signals to refine positioning and adjust strategies throughout the sales cycle.
Represent Curri in key strategic reviews, providing data driven insights that shape executive discussions on program direction and growth.
Drive adoption metrics and usage insights back into the product and marketing teams to inform future roadmap and messaging decisions.
Mentor junior sales team members on best practices for enterprise selling, qualification, and executive level communication.
Maintain rigorous documentation of all customer interactions, commitments, and financial terms to support legal, finance, and operations.
Leverage data and analytics to prioritize opportunities, forecast accuracy, and demonstrate the impact of sales activities on portfolio growth.
Requirements
You must have five or more years of enterprise sales experience to ensure readiness for the scope of this role.
You must demonstrate management and growth of at least $1B in revenue across enterprise accounts to prove capability at scale.
You must possess an executive presence with a proven ability to sell consultatively at the C suite level to influence stakeholders and decision makers.
You must have direct experience selling into aerospace, aviation, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing organizations to ensure context and relevance.
You must hold a Bachelor's Degree as this role requires business acumen, analytical thinking, and structured problem solving.
You must have current US Work Authorization to perform the essential functions of this position without sponsorship.
You must be able to relocate to or already reside in Ventura, CA to align with the operational and logistical needs of the role.
You must commit to a full time engagement with the expected presence and availability for in person meetings and industry events.
You must have a history of ethical sales practices and compliance with regulatory standards in highly controlled industries.
You must be comfortable managing complex, long cycle sales processes that involve multiple stakeholders and rigorous validation steps.
You must exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate value, negotiate terms, and build executive level relationships.
You must be disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and quota attainment to drive consistent revenue results.
You must be willing to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry locations to build presence and maintain relationships.
