About the role
You will own the end to end lifecycle of our regulatory intelligence platform, translating complex market needs into clear product direction from discovery through delivery. You will act as the primary voice of the customer within the product team, ensuring that every decision is grounded in real user problems and validated evidence. You will leverage AI and agentic tooling to streamline research workflows, accelerate learning cycles, and reduce time spent on manual synthesis. You will define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with Cube's mission to modernize compliance for global financial services. You will partner closely with design and engineering to break down initiatives into executable iterations while maintaining a sharp focus on outcomes. You will navigate uncertainty by making timely trade off calls regarding scope, assumptions, and delivery dependencies. You will monitor market signals and usage patterns to continuously refine the roadmap and ensure sustained product market fit. You will prepare concise, high impact presentations for leadership that clearly articulate progress, value, and strategic alignment.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the full product journey for your assigned area, from initial hypothesis to post launch optimization and iterative improvement.
- Lead rigorous customer discovery interviews, synthesize qualitative insights, and combine them with quantitative usage data to shape product strategy.
- Build rapid prototypes and interactive mockups to test core assumptions with real users before committing to expensive engineering effort.
- Leverage AI assistants and agentic tools to speed up research synthesis, draft technical requirements, and automate parts of the documentation process.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria that engineering and design teams can execute against.
- Collaborate daily with cross functional partners to unblock dependencies, align on priorities, and coordinate go to market activities.
- Evaluate tradeoffs between user value, technical complexity, and business impact to make swift decisions on scope and timelines.
- Track product performance using dashboards and key metrics, then use insights to drive ongoing experimentation and improvements.
- Prepare regular updates, roadmaps, and milestone reviews for internal stakeholders to maintain transparency and secure alignment.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, where learning from failures is valued as much as hitting predefined targets.
- Maintain a living view of the competitive landscape, identifying new entrants and shifts in expectations that could affect Cube's position.
- Ensure all product activities adhere to regulatory expectations and data standards relevant to the financial services industry.
- Support sales and customer success teams by equipping them with materials, data, and narratives that demonstrate product value.
- Continuously revisit and refresh the product roadmap based on new information, market pressure, and evolving strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bring hands on experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products or technology platforms in enterprise facing environments.
- Show a builder mindset that favors fast action, prototyping, and iterative progress over waiting for perfect conditions or complete data.
- Demonstrate practical experience using large language models, AI assistants, and agentic tools to enhance your own productivity and that of your team.
- Prove you can lead customer discovery sessions, extract meaningful insights, and turn them into concrete product decisions.
- Have a track record of collaborating effectively with commercial, design, and engineering professionals within an agile delivery framework.
- Apply data literacy to define success metrics, monitor product health, and build a case for prioritization based on evidence.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with both technical and non technical audiences, translating complexity into simple narratives.
- Take ownership of your work area, showing accountability for outcomes, timelines, and the quality of delivered solutions.
