Requirements
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience driving growth and go-to-market strategy within consumer subscription, streaming, media, gaming, technology, or entertainment businesses.
- Proven success owning and scaling growth across large, complex businesses, regions, or consumer platforms, with accountability for growth, engagement, retention, and revenue performance.
- Deep understanding of the UCANZ media and digital ecosystem, including subscription and direct-to-consumer business models.
- Experience developing regional growth strategies, including market prioritization, investment planning, and resource allocation across markets, channels, and growth levers.
- Recognized for sound business judgment and the ability to influence executive decision-making on growth opportunities, competitive dynamics, and strategic trade-offs.
