Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement. 12+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, corporate development, chief of staff, commercial strategy, or related functions is required, including experience within consumer products, retail, licensing, merchandising, entertainment, media, gaming, apparel, home goods, or comparable consumer-facing industries.
Experience supporting senior executives and operating effectively in highly visible, fast-paced environments is required.
A strong understanding of retail partnerships, consumer products commercialization, category management, product development, licensing, distribution, or go-to-market strategy is required.
The ability to evaluate business opportunities, growth initiatives, and commercial strategies across physical products, retail channels, and partnership ecosystems is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations are required.
Executive communication and presentation development skills are required, including experience creating materials for senior leadership, boards, or external partners.
The capability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups is required.
