Enterprise Risk Management Program Analyst
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end execution and ongoing maturity of Crest's Enterprise Risk Management program from the ground up. In this capacity, you will serve as the central coordinator for all Risk Owners and Risk Liaisons, driving consistent communication and alignment across the enterprise. You will act as the primary steward of the enterprise risk register, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely updating of all risk data. This role involves preparing high-impact materials for the ERM Steering Committee and translating complex risk data into clear executive summaries and dashboards. You will be instrumental in tracking mitigation plans and action items, ensuring accountability and closure on risk activities. The position requires a high degree of curiosity and ownership to become Crest's go-to internal expert on the ERM process. You will challenge the status quo by identifying process gaps and proposing practical improvements to enhance program efficiency. This role is built on the Crest values of doing the right thing, winning together, questioning the status quo, and rising to the challenge.
