This role owns the execution of welding duties within the DIS-TRAN Steel division at the Pineville facility, specifically contributing to the integrity and flow of production on the Night Shift. Requirements

Must be an employee within the Crest Family of Companies eligible for internal transfer to a DIS-TRAN Steel position.

You must be currently employed within the Crest organization to apply for this transfer opportunity.

This position requires a willingness to work the Night Shift on a regular basis at the Pineville Plant.

You must possess the ability to perform all types of welds required on steel structures.

Understanding and following instructions regarding weld specifications is a mandatory part of this role.

The capability to perform duties with both speed and accuracy is essential for success in this position.

You must be proficient in using calculating tools such as tape measures and other measuring devices.
