Platform strategies are defined with partners to build mutually beneficial, collaborative, and long-term relationships aligned with Cresta's joint goals.
Dependencies are resolved and delivery is accelerated by collaborating across Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Enablement teams.
Joint go-to-market strategies are defined and executed with partners to leverage the Cresta platform for differentiation and collective wins.
Partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities are advanced with support from internal sales teams, and barriers are removed.
Partner performance metrics, solution adoption, and overall partner health are monitored, reported on, and improved based on data insights.
Product roadmaps and improvements incorporate partner-reported technical gaps, friction points, and feedback driven by this role.
Risk is reduced and predictability is improved for partners as best practices are established and promoted by this role.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such Partner Success, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or Partner Relationship Management is required to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
5+ years of experience working in the Contact Center space is required to demonstrate familiarity with workflows, technology, and compliance considerations.
Experience working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in SaaS or enterprise technology environments is required for effective collaboration within partner ecosystems.
Platform expertise must be developed, and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and executive audiences is required to adapt communication to decision-making contexts.
Business requirements must be translated into technical solutions to bridge strategic goals and implementation realities.
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams is required to manage trade-offs and align priorities.
Clear explanation of complex technical concepts to diverse audiences is enabled by excellent communication skills to build trust and shared understanding.
Strong project management and organizational skills are required to coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
