You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for the largest and most strategic enterprise accounts in your assigned region, directly contributing to top-line revenue growth. You will act as the primary executive advocate for Cresta, articulating our unified AI platform vision to C-suite and board-level leaders at marquee clients. This role requires you to build and sustain long-term strategic relationships that drive not just initial contract signings but multi-year expansion. You will leverage deep insights into customer business objectives to tailor solutions that deliver measurable ROI and solidify Cresta as a indispensable partner. You will collaborate tightly with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer success, reinforcing our commitment to client satisfaction. What you'll do
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans designed to penetrate new verticals and expand footprint within existing Fortune 500 customers.
Establish and nurture high-level C-suite relationships, positioning Cresta as a mission-critical partner through consistent value delivery and executive presence.
Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving economic buyers, technical evaluators, and user stakeholders across diverse geographies.
Articulate the business case for Cresta's AI platform, translating technical capabilities into clear ROI, efficiency gains, and competitive advantages for the client.
Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to identify and own expansion opportunities, ensuring sustained growth and reduced churn within existing accounts.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to provide frontline feedback that influences product roadmap and feature prioritization.
Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to refine target personas and sharpen our value proposition against alternative solutions.
Build and maintain a robust, multi-stage pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
Champion data-driven sales methodologies, utilizing CRM and analytics to forecast accurately, track performance, and optimize conversion rates.
Mentor junior sales representatives, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer obsession within the sales organization.
Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, technology, or a related field.
Have a minimum of seven years of progressive enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a demonstrable history of hunting and closing net-new business.
Bring at least five years of experience selling complex solutions to C-level executives within large enterprises or Fortune 500 organizations.
Show a proven ability to build and influence executive-level relationships, steering strategic decision-making and long-term partnerships.
Demonstrate mastery of value-based selling techniques and the capability to construct compelling business cases tied directly to customer ROI.
Exhibit comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving startup environment.
Display exceptional collaboration skills, with the experience of leading cross-functional teams to achieve shared strategic objectives.
Be willing to travel up to 25% or more of the time as required to meet the needs of key accounts and prospect opportunities.
Nice to have
Prior experience selling AI-powered customer experience or contact center automation platforms is highly desirable.
Experience serving clients in the airline, hospitality, or telecommunications industries is strongly preferred.
