About the role
Cresta is seeking a Senior Global Workplace Experience Manager to lead the design and delivery of workplace programs that support employees across all regions. This role owns the end-to-end employee experience within the physical and hybrid work environment, ensuring that every location reflects the company culture and operational values. The manager will coordinate with leadership teams worldwide to shape policies, spaces, and services that enable productivity and well-being. Reporting to senior executives, this position drives strategic initiatives that elevate how Cresta's global workforce interacts with the workplace on a daily basis.

What you'll do
Lead the development and execution of a global workplace strategy aligned with Cresta business objectives and employee needs. Partner with regional offices to assess current workplace conditions and identify opportunities for improvement across all locations. Design and manage hybrid work policies that balance in-office collaboration with remote flexibility for distributed teams. Oversee the planning and coordination of workplace-related events, including all-hands gatherings, team offsites, and cross-regional meetings. Collaborate with facilities and operations teams to ensure office spaces meet safety, accessibility, and productivity standards. Manage the workplace budget, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation across global locations. Gather and analyze employee feedback to continuously refine the workplace experience and address emerging needs. Coordinate with HR and People teams to integrate workplace programs with broader employee lifecycle initiatives. Lead vendor relationships for office services, furnishings, technology, and workplace amenities on a global scale. Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to measure workplace satisfaction, utilization, and the impact of workplace programs.
Requirements
Proven track record of managing global or multi-site workplace operations with a focus on employee experience. Strong understanding of hybrid work models and the challenges of supporting distributed teams across time zones. Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing workplace policies, programs, or initiatives at scale. Ability to travel periodically to international offices and coordinate in-person events across regions. Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in workplace management, operations, or a related field. Minimum of eight years of professional experience in workplace operations, facilities management, or employee experience roles.

Experience working within a fast-growing technology company or startup environment that operates across multiple countries. Familiarity with workplace experience platforms, booking systems, and office management software used to coordinate global teams. Background in change management or organizational development, particularly around hybrid or remote work transitions. Knowledge of sustainability practices and green building standards applied to office environments.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in workplace management platforms and room or desk booking systems for coordinating hybrid schedules. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar platforms for tracking global initiatives. Strong skills in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets and visualization tools to measure workplace metrics. Familiarity with budget management and financial planning software used for tracking workplace expenditures. Ability to use collaboration tools like Slack, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365 for cross-regional coordination. Knowledge of survey and feedback platforms for collecting employee sentiment and workplace satisfaction data.
Practical notes
This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid schedule, requiring periodic in-office presence and coordination across time zones. The position may involve regular travel to international Cresta offices and occasional overnight stays for event coordination. Candidates should expect to work closely with a distributed team and navigate varying regional regulations and workplace norms. The hiring process includes multiple interviews with cross-functional partners and may extend over several weeks.
