Enterprise Account Executive, Iberia
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for a portfolio of 13-25 Enterprise accounts across Spain and/or Portugal, acting as the primary commercial leader from discovery through close. You will generate your own pipeline while leveraging Cresta's inbound engine, ensuring a balanced flow of qualified opportunities. This role requires you to sell value directly to operative buyers, building and delivering bespoke product demos and data-backed business cases without relying on pre-built collateral. As a founding Iberia AE, you will shape the regional go-to-market strategy alongside a tight, Madrid-based team of SDRs, SCs, and Customer Success partners. You will be responsible for prioritizing new-logo generation to expand Cresta's brand footprint and establish a strong commercial presence in the region. Collaboration will be cross-functional, working closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to align on messaging and drive exceptional customer outcomes. You will manage full-funnel activities including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and renewal advocacy to sustain long-term growth. Ultimately, you will convert complex enterprise conversations into recurring revenue while embodying Cresta's mission to redefine customer experience through AI.
Key facts
What you'll do
Manage a portfolio of 13-25 strategic Enterprise accounts spanning Spain and/or Portugal, ensuring coverage and growth across key verticals and stakeholders.
Generate at least 50% of your pipeline through disciplined outbound activity, leveraging multichannel sequences in Spanish to surface latent need and decision intent.
Own full sales cycles end-to-end, navigating 3-9 month enterprise buying committees from initial discovery through contract negotiation and executive sign-off.
Sell directly to operative buyers by crafting live, bespoke product demonstrations and ROI-driven business cases that highlight Cresta's impact on revenue and efficiency.
Prioritize new-logo generation as a core metric, converting first-time buyers into long-term partnerships that expand Cresta's regional presence.
Partner with Product and Engineering to synthesize feedback from live engagements and translate it into improved positioning and capabilities.
Collaborate with Marketing to co-develop account-based campaigns that align messaging with the unique priorities of CX and Operations leaders.
Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and early renewal conversations that reduce churn risk.
Utilize Salesforce and Gong to maintain rigorous forecast hygiene, document every interaction, and keep stakeholders accurately informed.
Act as the primary commercial owner in the region, balancing pipeline creation, deal execution, and strategic planning with minimal oversight.
Requirements
Bring 5 or more years of B2B SaaS selling experience as an individual contributor, with a consistent record of quota overachievement in at least two of the last three years.
Demonstrate the ability to close enterprise deals in the range of €80,000 to €400,000 ARR, managing 3-9 month cycles with multiple parallel opportunities and limited overlay support.
Show a new-logo-first mindset, where your success is measured by the velocity of winning fresh accounts rather than managing existing expansions.
Prove disciplined outbound pipeline generation, including self-sourced meetings built through cold outreach, email sequencing, and social engagement in Spanish.
Possess native or negotiation-grade fluency in Spanish, fluent professional English, and a working familiarity with Portuguese as a strong advantage.
Maintain Madrid as your primary location while traveling across the Iberian Peninsula to engage buyers, run demos, and attend customer meetings.
Exhibit comfort operating in early-stage environments where playbooks, brand recognition, and localized marketing support are still being developed.
Display fluency in Salesforce and Gong, using these tools to track activities, forecast accurately, and report outcomes with transparency.
Nice to have
Direct experience selling CX, contact center, or AI-driven customer experience software to CX or Operations leaders within enterprise organizations.
Prior experience launching products in early-stage markets where formal playbooks, localized demand, and established brand presence were limited.
Strong command of Salesforce and Gong for pipeline management, forecasting, and call recording analysis.
Ability to read or speak Catalan or Portuguese, enabling engagement across a broader portion of the Iberian Peninsula.
Practical notes
