What you'll do

• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to attract niche technical candidates who can contribute to our AI infrastructure projects.
• Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of exceptional talent for various engineering and infrastructure positions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of technical needs and the strategic goals for team expansion.
• Act as a brand ambassador for CoreWeave, effectively communicating our mission and the exciting opportunities we offer in the AI-native cloud infrastructure space.
• Analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven adjustments to enhance outreach and engagement.
• Engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences, to build relationships and promote our company culture.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor hiring practices, ensuring our sourcing strategies remain competitive.
• Provide training and support to junior recruiters and team members on best practices in technical sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Participate in the development of job descriptions and candidate profiles to ensure clarity and alignment with team objectives.
• Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI and cloud technologies to better understand the skills and qualifications that are in demand.
• Collaborate with the HR team to refine the overall recruitment process, ensuring it aligns with CoreWeave's goals and values.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruitment within the technology sector, ideally with a focus on engineering roles.
• Proven ability to identify and engage candidates with specialized knowledge in GPU computing, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect with passive candidates and convey the value of joining CoreWeave.
• Familiarity with contemporary applicant tracking systems and various sourcing platforms to streamline recruitment efforts.
• Strong understanding of the current landscape in AI and cloud computing, including emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
• Competent in market mapping and conducting competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.

This position is based in either Sunnyvale, CA, or Bellevue, WA, and offers a full-time engagement.
