You will own the vision and execution for CoreWeave Kubernetes Service, translating market and customer signals into a clear product strategy that shapes the future of containerized AI workloads. You will define and drive the roadmap for both current and future container services, ensuring the platform evolves in lockstep with customer needs and competitive dynamics. You will partner deeply with engineering, sales, finance, and marketing to align goals, launches, and messaging so that product initiatives drive clear business outcomes. You will establish robust metrics and reporting to monitor service performance, identify improvement areas, and guide long term strategic decisions for the compute stack.

What you'll do
Define and own the end to end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for CoreWeave Kubernetes Service and the broader portfolio of container services.
Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to differentiate our container offerings in the AI workload domain.
Partner with engineering leaders to translate customer needs and market insights into clear technical requirements and prioritized feature sets.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and industry partners to develop and execute go to market strategies, positioning, and messaging that highlight product differentiation.
Establish key performance indicators and reporting frameworks to track adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction for container services.
Work closely with customer facing teams to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and ensure product solutions address real world deployment challenges.
Lead cross functional initiatives that span product, design, and operations to deliver coherent experiences across the CoreWeave stack.
Influence technical direction by working alongside architects and engineers to balance product ambition with operational feasibility and reliability.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product development practices, standards, and playbooks across the organization.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry shifts to recommend enhancements or new capabilities that keep CoreWeave Kubernetes Service at the forefront of AI infrastructure.
Champion data driven decision making, using metrics and experiments to validate product changes and drive continuous improvement.
Act as the primary product voice for CKS in internal and external discussions, aligning stakeholders on priorities and tradeoffs.
Drive execution against defined timelines, ensuring that milestones are met without compromising quality or customer impact.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences, from executives to implementation teams.
Take ownership of post launch analysis, identifying learnings and informing future iterations of the container service portfolio.
Requirements
8+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Product Management of cloud services or in the AI/ML market segment.
Deep understanding of cloud compute workloads and frameworks, specifically Kubernetes and containers.
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams, with strong decision making, project management, and mentoring skills.
Demonstrated experience working closely with customers to identify needs and translate them into product features and solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically while being able to dive into technical details to guide engineering teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Nice to have
Hands on experience with Kubernetes and familiarity with current trends in Kubernetes and Containers.
Prior experience in a cloud computing context.
Good grasp of the financial or economic dimensions of operating cloud compute services.
