Engagement
Full-time employment.
Compensation
The annual salary range is fixed between one hundred eighty thousand dollars and three hundred thousand dollars.
What You Will Do
- Convert complex business requests into clearly defined engineering tasks that drive production outcomes.
- Craft robust backend services using Node.js and Go to handle scheduling, routing, and system observability at scale.
- Design intelligent agent workflows leveraging Workato, LangChain, LangGraph, and various enterprise APIs within controlled pipeline environments.
- Develop user interfaces using React and TypeScript that provide immediate insights to finance and supply chain personnel, enabling rapid decision-making.
- Establish formal review checkpoints where security, finance, and reliability engineering teams assess production readiness before deployment.
- Partner closely with teams responsible for ERP, HRIS, DCIM, and data platforms to ensure seamless integration and coherent event models across the organization.
- Automate development support tasks using tools such as Cursor, Claude, Copilot, and Codex to accelerate delivery timelines and reduce manual overhead.
- Enforce stringent standards that protect system reliability, security, and performance across all deployed services.
- Implement rigorous deployment protocols and continuous runtime monitoring to detect and resolve issues before they impact users.
- Maintain and evolve architecture diagrams, runbooks, and technical documentation to support current and future services.
- Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
- Contribute to the design of scalable data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and operational visibility.
- Mentor junior engineers by providing guidance on best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely response to production incidents and service disruptions.
Requirements
- Must possess seven or more years of professional experience writing production code in a professional setting.
- Expertise must be demonstrated in multiple programming languages, including TypeScript, Python, Go, C++, C#, or Java.
- Must have a proven track record in full-stack development, including the construction of scalable backend services and modern frontend interfaces.
- Previous experience shipping AI or LLM-based applications is required, or you must demonstrate a strong drive to build such applications.
- Core architectural skills are essential, with substantial experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integration architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, container orchestration, and CI/CD practices is mandatory for success in this role.
- Must have seven or more years of experience using scripting languages, such as Python or Bash, to build automation, tooling, and operational workflows.
- Strong knowledge of networking, observability, and monitoring concepts as they apply to distributed systems.
- Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments is highly valued due to the complexity of integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Comfort with agile development methodologies and iterative delivery cycles is expected.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with security, finance, and reliability teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
