About the role
CoreWeave is seeking a strategic leader to manage supplier materials and hardware procurement strategies specifically within the Taiwan region. This role owns the complete oversight of supply chain operations dedicated to our high-performance AI infrastructure components and related physical assets. You will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure the seamless flow of critical materials required for our infrastructure. The hire will manage relationships with hardware suppliers and vendors to guarantee consistent material availability and quality standards. You will oversee the end-to-end procurement processes for essential infrastructure components to support rapid deployment cycles. This position requires coordination with internal teams to align material supply with hardware deployment schedules and operational demands. You will monitor supplier performance metrics and implement proactive strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and potential disruptions. The role ensures strict compliance with company standards and industry regulations regarding hardware procurement and materials management.

Requirements
- Possess proven experience in supply chain management or material procurement specifically within the hardware or technology sector.

- Show a deep understanding of hardware lifecycles and infrastructure production requirements and constraints.
- Exhibit the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment characterized by shifting priorities and urgent demands.

- Have a documented history of successful procurement execution in a regulated or high-growth technology environment.

Practical notes
This is a full-time position based in Taiwan requiring adherence to standard business hours as dictated by operational needs.
