What you'll do

• Collaborate closely with Operations leadership to formulate and implement effective human capital strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment while managing performance evaluations and organizational structure within the Operations department.
• Design and execute talent development programs aimed at enhancing skills and retaining top talent within our technical and operational teams.
• Work in conjunction with the broader People team to roll out company-wide policies and initiatives that foster a strong organizational culture.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, providing actionable insights that inform and guide business leaders in their decision-making processes.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of growth and organizational restructuring.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership capabilities within the Operations team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices, mitigating risks associated with workforce management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a People Business Partner or HR leadership role, particularly in supporting Operations or technical teams.
• Proven track record of successfully navigating high-growth environments and managing organizational change effectively.
• Strong proficiency in HR systems and data analysis, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
