Staff Business Process & Systems Partner
Job description
About the role
CoreWeave is building a new Staff function named Business Process & Systems within Global People Operations, and this role is the technical owner of that function's design and execution. You will own the configuration, data integrity, and governance of Workday HCM to ensure it scales reliably for a workforce approaching 4,000+ employees. This position reports directly to the Director, Global People Operations and acts as the senior technical builder for process, system, and policy operationalization. You will partner closely with HR, IT Systems, Payroll, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, SOX, Finance, and People Business Partners to translate ambiguous needs into scalable solutions. The role is foundational to establishing audit-ready, repeatable infrastructure for a high-growth public company. You will define what "done" means for this function and establish the operating cadence that allows it to scale predictably.

Own data integrity for the Workday population by establishing data quality standards, running audits, and closing gaps before they impact Payroll, Total Rewards, or People Business Partners.
Own SOX compliance readiness for People Operations by managing audit preparation, evidence pulls, and control documentation for CoreWeave's first year of SOX compliance.
Own reporting and analytics for Global People Operations by building proactive and on-demand reporting that delivers clean, reliable data for leadership decisions.

Define how the Business Process & Systems team operates, including intake, a lean sprint cadence for prioritization, documentation standards, and clear definitions of done.
Partner directly with the Director, Global People Operations and the Employee Lifecycle Manager on function design and roadmap to shape ownership, operations, and future growth.

Support M&A operations by configuring Workday HCM processes to integrate new entities and maintain consistent policies and data standards.
Drive continuous improvement by analyzing system performance, user feedback, and audit findings to refine processes and configurations.
Act as the technical expert for Workday HCM, providing clear documentation, training, and guidance to HR, Finance, and People Business Partners.
