About the role
CoreWeave is seeking a professional to manage and grow strategic partnerships within the AI ecosystem. You will work to align our specialized GPU infrastructure with key industry players to drive adoption and expand our market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying high-impact opportunities and fostering long-term collaboration. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between CoreWeave and its strategic alliance network. You will be responsible for translating our technical capabilities into clear business value for partners. The position demands a balance of strategic vision and operational execution to meet defined growth targets. You will play a critical role in expanding the reach of our advanced computing platforms.

What you'll do
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover strategic alignment and latent needs within prospective AI and cloud infrastructure partners.
- Architect and present tailored value propositions that leverage our unique access to NVIDIA Hopper, Blackwell, Vera Rubin, and Ada Lovelace architectures.
- Forge and scale relationships with AI companies and technology partners through consistent and insightful engagement.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies that clearly communicate the advantages of our GPU compute and infrastructure capabilities.
- Serve as the primary technical consultant during negotiations to ensure partnership agreements reflect both customer needs and CoreWeave objectives.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to refine solutions and ensure partnership requirements are met with precision.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new segments and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to support long-term business objectives and revenue optimization.
- Establish rigorous processes for tracking and reporting on partnership performance metrics and growth opportunities.
- Provide forecast updates and pipeline analysis to guide executive decision-making and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or partnership management within the cloud or AI sectors with a track record of successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of GPU-accelerated computing and AI infrastructure workloads to engage effectively with technical audiences.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Extensive experience managing the full lifecycle of partnership agreements from initial discussions to renewal or expansion.
- Willingness to work from one of our specified office locations in New York, Sunnyvale, or San Francisco.
- Strong history of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth in fast-paced technology environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust and influence at executive levels across organizations.
- High degree of comfort navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting.
