The position requires executing outbound prospecting campaigns via telephone, email, and LinkedIn targeting accounts across diverse industries to uncover new business. You will respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally to book qualified meetings that advance the sales cycle. Success in this role demands the ability to conduct in-depth account research to identify key decision-makers and tailor messaging to specific business needs. You will analyze performance metrics and refine outreach sequences when response metrics indicate suboptimal results to optimize conversion rates.

What you'll do
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via telephone, email, and LinkedIn targeting accounts across diverse industries to identify new leads.
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally to book qualified meetings that move the sales pipeline forward.
- Conduct in-depth account research to identify key decision-makers and tailor messaging to address specific business needs and pain points.
- Partner with the US sales team to construct and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities that supports forecast accuracy.
- Maintain precise activity logs and pipeline data within our CRM system to ensure transparency and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Work in collaboration with US-based Account Executives to ensure seamless lead transition and meeting handoffs that maintain momentum.
- Achieve or surpass daily and weekly activity quotas, including calls, emails, and meetings booked to drive consistent pipeline generation.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine outreach sequences when response metrics indicate suboptimal results to improve engagement quality.
- Leverage the Coram AI platform to demonstrate product value and articulate the compelling value proposition to technical and executive stakeholders.
- Support the creation of sales collateral and battle cards based on competitive insights and successful sales playbooks.
- Qualify leads early in the funnel to ensure only high-intent opportunities are escalated to Account Executives for closing.
- Contribute feedback from customer interactions to inform product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy adjustments.
- Operate within a fast-paced environment where adaptability, ownership, and rapid learning are essential for success.

Requirements
- Possess 1 to 5 years of experience in sales development or outbound sales roles, preferably within SaaS or technology sectors to understand enterprise sales dynamics.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Exhibit grit, resilience, and a competitive spirit to consistently exceed performance targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Quickly master complex technology solutions and articulate their value proposition clearly to non-technical and technical audiences alike.

- Capable of working night shifts to align with US business hours, extending until 3:00 AM Indian Standard Time for critical outreach activities.
