What you'll do

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Implement responsive design principles to create user-friendly interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and browsers.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, providing timely solutions to enhance functionality.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and tools.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.
• Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, system architecture, and development processes to ensure clarity and consistency across projects.
• Engage in testing and debugging processes to ensure the reliability and stability of applications before deployment.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and enhance system performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong back-end development skills in languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, with experience in RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid knowledge of web security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory based on experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Previous experience in a startup environment or fast-paced tech company.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your skills and passion for technology.
