What you'll do

• Conduct thorough audits of financial products and services to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and compliance, to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of products and services, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
• Act as a liaison between the quality assurance team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance to continuously enhance the company's quality management system.
• Participate in the development of new products by providing quality assurance input during the design and implementation phases.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation for external audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring that all necessary documentation and evidence are readily available.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes by identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance standards and practices in the finance sector.
• Proven experience in conducting audits and assessments, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Certification in Quality Assurance or a related field (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001).
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance frameworks, such as FINRA or SEC guidelines.
• Previous experience in a role focused on customer experience or satisfaction.
