About the role
Conga is seeking a strategic leader to manage human resources initiatives for our global Operations and Services divisions. You will guide a regional team of People Partners while acting as a primary advisor to leadership on talent development, organizational change, and performance management. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for your designated regions, ensuring policies and programs are executed with consistency and integrity. You will be responsible for driving employee engagement through structured feedback mechanisms and targeted interventions. This role requires a proactive mindset to anticipate organizational needs and translate them into actionable HR strategies. You will leverage data and qualitative insights to influence decision-making and foster a high-performance culture. The successful candidate will act as a catalyst for change, removing obstacles that hinder team effectiveness and growth. You will champion diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in all interactions and program design.

What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends and areas for intervention in talent assessment and performance management.
- Design and deliver coaching to managers on conducting effective performance conversations and developing direct reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on organizational goals and resolve people-related challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR processes to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Lead the administration of talent assessments and calibration sessions to support succession planning.
- Partner with Finance to manage headcount planning and analyze the impact of compensation adjustments.
- Implement standardized tools and templates to improve the accuracy of HR operations and reporting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on employment policies and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve the employee experience through streamlined onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with IT to optimize the use of HR technology platforms for reporting and employee self-service.
- Analyze engagement survey results and recommend action plans to leadership based on findings.
- Identify high-potential employees and create individual development plans to prepare them for future roles.
- Monitor key HR metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership on workforce health.
- Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of experience in HR roles focusing on talent assessment, career development, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals through mentoring and constructive feedback.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend a professional point of view to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in building relationships and providing high-level service to internal business partners and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for domestic and international strategy meetings and talent reviews.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the role and location.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
- Experience using HR information systems to manage employee data and generate reports.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor or master degree preferred but not required if equivalent experience is provided.
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking practices and market data analysis.
