You translate messy business problems into structured delivery while guiding teams through modern tooling. Your decisions shape client outcomes and long term commercial success inside Conga. You are the primary point of leadership for high visibility initiatives where you define the boundaries of what gets delivered and when. You partner with executive sponsors to ensure that strategic intent is converted into actionable and measurable outcomes. You leverage structured frameworks to manage ambiguity and ensure that every engagement moves toward defined value realization. You safeguard the integrity of commercial terms while enabling flexible solutions that address client complexity. Ultimately, you are accountable for the end state success of the engagement and the strength of the Conga brand.

Design end to end implementation plans for multiple programs while aligning scope, risk, and revenue timing.
Charter high impact programs and translate executive intent into measurable delivery outcomes and success criteria.
Direct executive level forums by running kickoffs, steering sessions, and quarterly reviews that keep momentum.
Map and manage critical risks, scope shifts, and delivery constraints while resolving issues before they escalate.
Own financial execution for programs sized $200K to $2M, tracking forecasts, actuals, and billing alignment.
Negotiate Statements of Work and Change Orders so scope, billing, and delivery remain precisely coordinated.
Synthesize program health into concise executive dashboards using RAG status and structured narratives.
Identify expansion pathways by spotting cross sell and upsell chances that grow value inside active engagements.
Harness AI tools such as Claude to build requirements artifacts and validate functional designs quickly.
Create user stories, acceptance conditions, and flow diagrams with AI assistance to accelerate delivery design.
Structure test strategies, manage UAT, and control defect resolution to protect solution quality.
Apply AI analytics to evaluate test coverage, close gaps, and lift quality results.
Act as a trusted advisor to C level stakeholders by guiding decisions and surfacing insight driven options.
Champion change management through training, communications, and adoption measurement.
Use AI platforms like Gong to analyze stakeholder sentiment and refine engagement approaches.
Lead multidisciplinary teams of three to eight people, fostering accountability and continuous enhancement.
Evolve Conga service methodology by contributing AI enabled playbooks and improved delivery practices.
Requirements
You must have handled complex enterprise implementations from scoping through hypercare.
You must demonstrate advanced project management mastery with charters, RACI, RAID, and roadmaps.
You must manage budgets around revenue recognition and forecasting for large programs.
You must partner on legal SOWs and Change Orders while protecting scope and billing accuracy.
You must guide cross functional teams and executive stakeholders through change processes.
You must bring 10 years of experience in commercial or technology delivery roles.
You must use AI tools for documentation, requirements, and design validation.
You must drive testing including UAT planning and defect management.
You must influence at VP and C level without direct authority.
You must have deep experience with CRM, CPQ, and contract lifecycle platforms.

Experience with Conga, Salesforce, and related commerce platforms.
