Entrepreneur-in-Residence
Job description
Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Company Ventures.
About the role
You will own the end-to-end creation of a digital health venture from blank slate to a venture-backable narrative. You will partner with Terrarium's studio team to define a high conviction thesis and pressure test it against real world provider and payer dynamics. You will translate ambiguous market signals into a clear product hypothesis and a near-term roadmap that can be executed with a small founding team. You will leverage our proprietary research stack and deep customer network to run decisive experiments that de-risk the opportunity. You will recruit and evaluate founding teammates through our curated cofounder matching network to build a complementary early team. You will synthesize findings into crisp narratives, unit economics models, and a capital plan for the investment committee. You will act as the operational engine that converts insights into an initial prototype, early pilots, and letters of intent. You will own the narrative arc that moves a concept into a fundable company under the Company Ventures and Terrarium banner.
