What you'll do
- Partner with senior product managers to craft product vision and strategy, translating business goals into actionable plans.
- Execute user interviews and analyze market data to extract actionable insights that validate product hypotheses.
- Draft and maintain dynamic product roadmaps that visualize timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.
- Collaborate with user experience designers to prototype interfaces and refine interactions based on usability testing.
- Liaise with software engineers to clarify requirements, track progress, and remove blockers during the development cycle.
- Monitor key performance indicators after release to evaluate success and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure the team operates efficiently.
- Compile concise reports and dashboards for leadership to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively.
- Work with marketing specialists to define positioning, messaging, and launch plans for new features or products.
- Monitor competitors and industry shifts to identify gaps where the product can establish a distinct advantage.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog, adjusting priorities as feedback and business needs evolve.

Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in product management, project management, or a similar capacity.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities by interpreting quantitative data to guide strategic choices.
- Communicate complex concepts with clarity and precision through both written and verbal expression.
- Show familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban in a professional setting.
- Exhibit proficiency with product management software like JIRA, Trello, or Asana and data tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
