Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certification (CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, venture capital, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey investment concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of successful investment decision-making and portfolio management.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Familiarity with investment management software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German or other languages is an advantage.
